How to Use Plastic Tray Correctly

Proper use of plastic pallets:

1、 In normal temperature, try not to put down the sun for a long time to avoid aging of plastic tray and shorten the service life of plastic tray.

2、 When placing the plastic tray, it should be placed on the flat ground or object surface. Do not use it violently to avoid uneven stress and damage when landing.

3、 When placing the goods, evenly place them from the middle to the four sides, and handle them with care, otherwise they may be tilted or overturned due to uneven stress, and even worse, the goods in the box will be damaged.

4、 During the use of hydraulic trucks and forklifts, the fork teeth shall be inserted in the middle of the pallet, and the depth of the fork teeth into the fork shall account for about 2 / 3 of the depth of the whole plastic pallet, and the fork teeth shall not be inserted to the end.

5、 During the use of hydraulic trucks and forklifts, they should keep a constant speed and look around, try to avoid forklifts and goods hitting other things, resulting in damage to plastic pallets and collapse of goods.

6、 When the plastic pallet is put on the shelf, the shelf type plastic pallet must be used, which shall not exceed the maximum load. In order to ensure the safety during transportation, the height of the center of gravity of the goods carried shall not exceed two thirds of the width of the plastic pallet.

As mentioned above, the correct way to use the pallet is to use the plastic pallet at room temperature and under a flat surface. The goods should be handled with care and not overloaded. The forklift fork should be in the middle of the pallet and other things should not be collided. I believe that if you use the plastic pallet correctly, the life of the plastic pallet will be greatly extended.
