Ten Requirements of Operation Specification for Plastic Card Box

If the plastic card box is used according to the correct use specification, it can not only give full play to its own role, but also extend its service life and save the purchase cost of the plastic card box.

The correct use of plastic cardboard box should be achieved by packing combination and stacking on the plastic cardboard box plus appropriate binding and wrapping, so as to facilitate the use of mechanical loading and unloading and transportation, so as to meet the requirements of loading, unloading, transportation and storage.

In order to ensure the long-term and safe use of the plastic card box, the following requirements should be paid attention to when using the plastic card box:

1. The plastic card box shall be placed gently to avoid uneven stress and damage when landing.

2. It is strictly prohibited to throw the plastic card box from a high place, so as to prevent the card from being broken or cracked due to violent impact.

3. When using the handling equipment, it should be considered whether the size of the goods difference is suitable for the use of the plastic card box, to avoid the size is not appropriate, and the plastic card box is damaged.

4. When placing goods, they shall be placed evenly to avoid side skew during lifting and handling.

5. It is strictly prohibited to throw the goods in the plastic card box from a high place. Reasonably determine the stacking mode of goods in the pallet. The goods shall be placed evenly, not in a centralized way, but in an eccentric way. The clamp plate carrying heavy objects shall be placed on flat ground or object surface.

6. During the operation of forklift or manual hydraulic truck, the fork stab shall lean to the outside of the fork hole of the clamp plate as far as possible, and the fork stab shall all extend into the clamp plate, and the angle can only be changed after the clamp plate is lifted stably. The fork stab shall not hit the side of the card board to avoid the card board breaking and cracking.

7. When stacking, the load bearing of the lowest card board shall be considered.

8. When putting on the shelf, the shelf type card must be used, and the bearing capacity depends on the shelf structure. It is strictly prohibited to overload.

9. The plastic card box shall be protected from sunlight to avoid aging and shorten its service life.

10. The plastic card box shall be tightly stacked with overload.
