Tray Type Bulk Collapsible Containers

The Bulk Collapsible Containers is designed to reduce the storage volume and logistics transportation cost when the box is empty. The foldable cardboard box inherits the bearing capacity (dynamic load 1t, static load 4T) of the closed cardboard box product, and is made of new HDPE material by injection molding. It has strong impact resistance through foaming treatment.

There are four side plates of different sizes, the base of pallet style and the small pick-up door designed on the side door on the four sides of the large-scale folding cardboard box. The technical composition of the product is relatively high, and twelve sets of molds are used for manufacturing at the same time. The matching card case cover of large folding card case (the case cover is designed with inlay pattern to prevent dust; after the matching card case cover, it will affect the stacking use of plastic card case).
