Use and Maintenance of Plastic Turnover Box

As an indispensable part of the warehousing and logistics industry, plastic turnover box plays an important role. If the plastic turnover box is used according to the correct use specification, it can not only give full play to its own role, but also extend its service life and reduce the purchase cost of the plastic turnover box.

Pay attention to the following points when using the plastic turnover box:

1. The plastic turnover box shall be protected from sunlight exposure for a long time to avoid aging and shorten its service life.

2. Handle with care during use to avoid uneven stress and damage when landing.

3. It is strictly prohibited to throw the plastic turnover box from a high place, so as to avoid crushing and cracking of the turnover box due to violent impact.

4. It is strictly prohibited to throw goods in the plastic turnover box from a high place. Reasonably determine the stacking mode of goods in the turnover box to avoid the sharp surface pressing directly on the bottom of the turnover box. The goods shall be placed evenly, not in a centralized way, but in an eccentric way.

5. When stacking, it is necessary to consider the load bearing of its own turnover box and pay attention to the stacking height.

6. When the plastic turnover box is used, the load of a single box shall not exceed 80% of the rated value, and the box shall not be filled completely, and a gap of at least 20 mm shall be reserved to prevent the goods from contacting directly with the bottom of the box, so as to damage or contaminate the products.

7. When using the matching tray, it is necessary to consider whether the size of the turnover box is suitable for the use of the plastic tray, so as to avoid the side skew or the box overturning caused by improper size and placement.

8. The combination of plastic turnover boxes stacked on plastic pallets shall be properly bundled and wrapped to facilitate mechanical handling and transportation, so as to meet the requirements of handling, transportation and storage.
